Lip Balm Filling Tray helps you fill 50 standard size round lip balm tubes faster and cleaner, with fewer drips or spills than hand filling. It is ideal for batch filling and making lip balm more efficiently. After pouring your lip balm mixture and allowing it to cool, quickly scrape excess balm from the surface with our Flat Spatula Scraper. The neck diameter of a standard tube is approximately 0.55 inches and is a great fit for our .15 oz round lip balm tubes. We cannot guarantee that tubes from any other supplier will fit. Filling trays should not be used with waxes heated above 140 F.

Flip the lip balm filling tray upside down onto a clean surface. It should be text side down. Insert the top of the lip balm tubes (sold separately) into the tray. Once all lip balm tubes are placed, carefully flip the tray and tubes over and set down on the counter. Ensure the tubes remain tightly pushed into the tray. Pour melted lip balm onto the tray and into the tubes. Allow to harden. Use a small spatula to scrape excess lip balm off of the tray (this can be saved, re-melted, and poured again). Remove lip balm tubes from the tray, cap, and label.
